Background

Dr Nina Mikita is a Clinical Psychologist with the National Adult ADHD and Autism Psychology Service (NAAAPS), where she provides psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders or ADHD. Dr Mikita is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Dr Mikita trained in clinical psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London. Prior to clinical training, she completed a PhD investigating the mechanisms of mood and anxiety difficulties in young people with ASD. Dr Mikita continues to have an active interest in research, with particular focus on mental health of people with neurodevelopmental conditions across the lifespan.
